  • I'm an absolute sucker for a good bowl of comfort noodles, and @jjamppong_zizon.la might have the most authentic (and best) Korean noodles that I've had in Ktown! This chain is directly from Korea, and they serve a menu that showcases their signature jajangmyeon (black bean noodles) and jjamppong (spicy seafood noodles), as well as other Korean-Chinese comfort food dishes such as fried rice, dumplings, and sweet and sour fried pork. I love how all of their dishes are generously portioned, customizable to your spice level preference, and very affordably priced. Service was also very nice and attentive, and the restaurant operations were very streamlined, with iPads at every table for ordering, a quick turnaround time for plates to arrive, and very consistent food quality every time that I've visited. Highly recommend checking them out if you're in Koreatown and looking for a casual Korean comfort food spot with authentic and affordable menu options! • I tried their Black noodle and sweet and sour pork. Their black noodle definitely worth a try! It only cost $8.99 and the portion is big too! The flour of sweet and sour pork is too thick. And I love the service from Jay

  • Best Korean-Chinese place ever! I am not really a jjamppong person but it was so good that we end up ordering another bowl of jjamppong soojebi. For a party of three, we ordered medium size tang-soo-yook, jjamppong (noodles & soojebi), and $8.99 jja-jang myun. Whenever I go eat Korean-Chinese food, I feel so greasy but this place tasted just right. Would love to come here whenever I am in LA!

  • I had a great experience dining at this restaurant! The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-kept the space was, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere right from the start. One unique feature I appreciated was the use of tablets for placing orders—it made the process quick and convenient. The menu offered a wide variety of food options, so there’s definitely something for everyone. I decided to try the shrimp fried rice, which was flavorful and well-prepared. Along with the main dish, they also offered some complimentary sides, which was a nice surprise. The background music added a nice touch to the ambiance without being too loud. The temperature inside was just right—not too cold and not too warm—making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and modern dining experience with great food choices.

  • Jjamppong Zizon has over 100 llocations in Korea, serving authentic dishes. This one in Koreatown, Los Angeles is the first in California. Right now they’re selling this huge bowl of jajangmyeon noodles with savory black bean sauce for only $8.99. It’s got a light caramel taste and balances well with the mixed pork, zucchini, onions, and potato. This crab fried rice combines fragrant jasmine rice, wok-fried with eggs, crab meat, and aromatic seasonings. It’s probably the best one I’ve had when combined with the black bean sauce. Their crunchy deep fried pork dumplings is eaten best with their soy sauce and vinegar dip. Great as a snack or meal. Now, main character energy goes to the Jjamppong. It’s a Chinese-style Korean noodle soup with red, spicy seafood- based broth flavored with the restaurant’s own chili powder imported from Korea. So you get all the authentic flavor and the heat! We finish off with the sichuan sweet and sour pork. You get the tangy playing with the spice and it’s a party for your tastebuds.

  • Jjamppong Zizon is a hidden gem in the hearts of Koreatown, LA! Their $8.99 jjajangmyeon is such an amazing deal! I can really taste the freshness of the chewy noodle. The black bean sauce was very rich, savory. The jjampong is just as good! I really enjoyed the fun of the half-and-half yin-yang bowl! Tangsuyuk and the dumplings were crispy and perfectly tangy. The place is clean, spacious, and has an open kitchen so you can see everything made fresh. Service is fast and friendly. Parking can be tricky, but overall this spot feels like eating in Korea! Delicious, affordable, and worth the trip!

  • We ordered jjampong, black noodle, tansuyuk and mandu. All are good and this place is by far one of the best places in Vegas. It is a little pricey compare to other places but i think overall it is all worth it. You have to eat the tansuyuk with the shredded onion and sauce.... a good one. The service is good.... will definitely keep coming back here.
